Reasons why I absolutely love this album:
1) It’s pop jazz, in which puts Jazz in a better perspective for me. I’ve always liked Jazz, but only in certain settings. However, Jamie Cullum makes it good all around.
2) His album cover is insane.
3) Cullum’s “Not While I’m Around” is his own version of that song from one of my favorite musicals Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber on Fleet Street.
Two favorites in one?
Oh heck yeah.
