Yes, it is finals week. This tumblr post probably belongs to the numerous FB status updates and blog posts about the stresses of finals and how close we are to the sweet smells and tastes of Christmas. Press on fellow students!
However, instead of being stressed out with finals (only because I conquered my massive project two weeks ago, which relieves my workload by a ton), I’ve been craving to get my hands on some art making. So much so, that I tried to cater this hunger by an attempt of reproducing a handwritten font that I admired on a blog not to long ago. It’s probably not very close to the original but it helped my studying! :) Ah, perhaps there is a fusion of distractions and studying. Cheers to art making and the wonderful practice of doodling during studying or a longg lecture!
I’ve also been insanely blessed this week with a surprise “Survival Sack” from Auntie Linda! She is the sweet mother of my best friend and generously sent me a wonderful heavy sack of a mix of healthy and well…not so healthy snacks through Biola’s Department of Spiritual Life :) Which, are the best ever. Much thanks Auntie Linda! :)
And if you somehow read my study notes, it’s on the material of my Theology class. Overall, it’s been the best class I’ve ever taken and have been extremely blessed throughout this semester. Thank You Jesus for faithful and passionate professors like Thoennes, and the many revelations and lessons You have taught me through this class.
